Lessons are non-refundable!
When you purchase a guitar lesson package, you are commiting yourself for the amount of lessons you paid for.
If you do not take all the lessons, that is your decision. You will not recieve money back for lessons you did not take.  If you only use 3 lessons and you paid for 10, that is your decision. I have learned through experience that it is not wise to give refunds. People take advantage of this and expect you to change your schedule and take responsibility for actions they have taken and should be held responsible for. It is not my problem if you cannot keep a committment. When you enroll in a "Health Club" you purchase a yearly membership. If you stop going to the health club after three weeks, you do not get your money back. So, make certain that you are committed to this before you purchase lessons!
